STUFFED CHICKEN BREAST WITH MUSHROOMS | INGREDIENT & RECIPE
Ingredients:
- Chicken Breast 120 gm
- Mushroom 1 tin
- Mustard 5 gm
- Salt 5 gm
- Lemon juice 20 ml
- Ginger garlic paste 10 gm
- Parsley 10 gm
- Olive oil or Butter 20 gm
- Spinach Sauce
- Boiled Spinach 200 gm
- Crushed black Pepper2 gm
- Chopped Garlic 2 gm
- Chopped Parsley 5 gm
- Cooking Cream 100 ml
Method:
Make chicken breast pocket and marinate with mustard, salt,
black pepper, lemon juice, and parsley and ginger garlic paste.
Stuffed mushroom and butter.
Method of Spinach Sauce:
Blend spinach with cream, spinach, salt, and black pepper in a blender.
Add butter and garlic sauté well and make a puree.
Garnish with Fried Celery and Cherry Tomato
